Former Senate Minority Leader, Senator Philip Aduda, has expressed profound gratitude to President Bola Tinubu for appointing Chief Nyesom Wike as the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). He highlighted the remarkable infrastructural developments in the FCT’s six Area Councils over the past 16 months, attributing these advancements to the leadership of President Tinubu and Minister Wike.

During a recent meeting with political leaders at his residence, Aduda emphasized the swift progress of six road projects in satellite towns, which commenced in January of the previous year and are now ready for commissioning. The roads include Yangoji-Sukuku-Ebo, Paikon Kore-Ibwa in Kuje, Gaba-Tokulo, and Saburi. He praised the quality of work and noted Minister Wike’s commitment to initiating new projects in the Area Councils.

Aduda also reminded religious leaders that President Tinubu has, for the first time, provided the FCT with a representative at the Federal Executive Council, an autonomous Civil Service, and an indigenous Head of Service. He urged continued prayers and support for both the President and the FCT Minister to encourage further development efforts.
